Data collected and purpose
The booking form has been closed. This website no longer collects stay enquiries. To book or message the host, you leave this website for Airbnb, which processes data entered on its platform under its own privacy policy.
Legal basis for previous enquiries: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Recipients and processors
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Previous form submissions passed through Cloudflare and were emailed to the host by Resend. No new enquiries are sent through this channel.
Retention period
Previous form enquiries are kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted. Closing the form does not automatically delete earlier enquiries.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority CNIL (cnil.fr). To exercise your rights: contact@maisonbayeux.com.
