Rental terms & conditions
The national tourist-rental registration number will be published here as soon as the French State teleservice opens to hosts, announced for late 2026. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the seasonal rental of the gîte (registered furnished tourist rental) “Maison Bayeux”, located in Loucelles (14250), France, offered by a sole trader (French LMNP status), SIRET 842 997 538 00033.
2. Capacity
The maximum capacity is 14 guests. The number of guests declared at booking must be respected. Any unauthorised excess may result in termination of the stay without refund.
3. Booking and payment
Booking and payment take place on the Airbnb listing for Maison Bayeux. Enter your dates and group size, then check the displayed price and conditions before confirming.
This website presents the house and an indicative calendar. It takes no bookings, payments or quotation requests. To book or message the host, use the Airbnb listing.
4. Cancellation
The cancellation conditions for your stay are those shown on Airbnb for your booking. Check them before confirming.
5. Security deposit
For questions about security or damage, check the listing conditions and contact the host through Airbnb before booking. This website collects no deposit.
6. Tourist tax
The breakdown of the price, fees and taxes applicable to your stay is shown on Airbnb before booking confirmation.
7. House rules
Parties and celebrations welcome: the house has no immediate neighbours. After midnight, please keep the volume down out of respect for the village.
No cleaning fee is charged; in return, the house must be returned tidy and clean (dishes done, bins taken out).
Non-smoking indoors.
Pool and hot tub are unfenced, the pool open in June, July and August and the hot tub from May to September: supervision of children is the exclusive responsibility of guests.
The number of guests declared at booking must be respected.
Pets: by prior agreement only. Contact the host through Airbnb before booking and check any fees on the listing.
No downloading or sharing of illegal content via the Wifi; no commercial activity without prior authorisation.
8. Check-in and check-out
Self check-in via smart lock. Check-in from 4 pm; check-out by 10 am. Flexible times on request, subject to availability.
The exact address and access instructions are shared after booking confirmation.
9. Liability and insurance
Guests must hold holiday-rental liability cover (French « assurance villégiature », usually included in home insurance) for the whole stay. An insurance certificate is required and must be sent to the host before check-in.
Holiday rental insurance is required, and proof of cover may be requested before arrival. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property and its equipment during the stay. The pool and hot tub are unfenced: supervising children is the guests’ exclusive responsibility.
